This was a class action for unpaid “off-the-clock” work under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Settled for $7.35 million
Hodge v. Lear Siegler Services Inc.
This was a class action case on behalf of over 4,200 individuals arising from work they performed in Iraq, but for which they were not paid. Settled for $3.2 million
Lee v. ITT, et al.
This is a class action case field on behalf of ITT workers in Kuwait who were not provided all promised pay and benefits.
Stilwyn Inc. v. Idaho First Bank, et. al.
This was a lender liability case in which we defended a local community bank against a developer. We caused all claims to be dismissed.
McReynolds, et al., v. Lowe’s Companies Inc.
This was an age discrimination case filed on behalf of three employees, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amounts
Hunt v. Team Performance Inc.
This was a dispute over ownership of a corporation, which we prosecuted successfully. Settled for confidential amount
Mosell Equities, LLC, v. Berryhill & Co. Inc.
This was a dispute over the terms of a business relationship, in which we defended a noted Boise restaurateur. We prevailed at jury trial and all claims were eventually dismissed.
Anderson Cache, LLC, et al. v. Idaho Nutrient Process, LLC, et al.
We successfully represented one partner in a business dispute with other partners. We negotiated a resolution and settlement of $4.3 million.
Idaho First Bank
We represented IFB in several collection, participation and bankruptcy disputes. Recent judgments were obtained in excess of $1.5 million.
White. et al., v. Twin Falls County
With co-counsel, we prosecuted two gender discrimination cases that resolved for a high six-figure settlement.
Jackson v. Canyon County
We obtained a six-figure settlement for a disability discrimination client.
