Todd J. Winegar currently practices in the areas of estate planning,
probate and trust administration, business, taxation, and real
estate law.
Born and raised in Ontario, Oregon, Todd attended Brigham Young University and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Todd obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas in 1998, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington in 2001.
A member of the Idaho State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association, Todd has been in private practice since 1998 and is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Oregon and Idaho and the United States District Courts of Oregon and Idaho.
