David began his construction career by working for a successful contractor installing hardwood and tile flooring while he was in high school and college. David now proudly represents numerous construction companies and individuals in the construction industry. His practical experience in the field compliments his construction practice.
A native of Dallas, Texas, David came to Idaho for the quality of life. He has focused his practice on the people and businesses in the community he has chosen to live in by responding to their needs with effective expertise — continually balancing his clients' business interests with the legal issues presented. Remaining cost-effective by providing efficient, practical advice, David strives to help his clients and their respective businesses reach their full potential.
David graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law cum laude in 2000. Admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho, the United States District Courts of Idaho and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, David is also a member of the Associated General Contractors Idaho Chapter, the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.
As David states, "The legal profession is integral to the American way of life. We all depend on a judicial system of integrity and respect. I believe my decision to become an attorney creates a challenge for me to uphold the longstanding principles that go with the responsibilities I have as a member of this profession. Translating those principles and responsibilities into a result-oriented practice for my clients has been a rewarding experience."
