"I find the practice of law to be intellectually stimulating. It is at the intersection of public policy, philosophy, and politics. I also have a competitive streak and enjoy the clash of arguments. In addition to its intellectual aspects, the practice of law is a helping profession. People, businesses, and government entities come to us with problems, which we help them solve."
