CHRISTOPHER P. GRAHAM ♦ Shareholder Christopher P. Graham focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, employment law, products liability, personal injury, professional malpractice, Indian law, and insurance matters, including coverage and defense.

Raised in New Plymouth, Idaho, Chris attended Boise State University and graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2000. While in law school, Chris served as Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review and worked as a judicial extern for United States District Court Judge, Edward J. Lodge. Upon graduation, Chris worked as a judicial law clerk for Idaho Supreme Court Justice Jesse R. Walters.

Chris credits his strong work ethic to summers spent working with his mother and father on the family farm, serving as a Merit Badge Counselor, teaching white-water kayaking and guiding raft trips on the Salmon River for the Boy Scouts of America. Chris' mother and father stressed the value of education and the importance of place. After finishing his coursework for a Master's Degree in History, Chris decided to pursue a law career in Idaho because, "I wanted to live and raise a family in Boise."

Chris has successfully represented a wide variety of clients including a local drug testing company involved in a wrongful discharge/sexual discrimination lawsuit, several national clients in asbestos-related litigation in the State of Idaho, and numerous entities and individuals involved in medical malpractice lawsuits.
