Accordingly, in addition to representing his clients before the Idaho State and Federal Courts, Daniel has also represented clients in proceedings before the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Idaho Human Rights Commission. Daniel has also developed an appellate practice and represented his clients in various civil appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

In the last several years, Daniel added to his commercial practice expertise with cases involving trade secret protection, enforcement of non-competition agreements, as well as complex litigation of class action and anti-trust/monopoly related matters.

Daniel is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of Idaho, the United States District Courts of Idaho, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
