Family Law: Our firm counsels and represents individual clients on issues relating to all aspects of domestic relations. Those members of our firm that specialize in domestic relations will provide counsel to our clients about Idaho's community property laws and the impact of such laws on their estates in the event of a marriage or divorce. Our attorneys are experienced in the preparation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements and will effectively and compassionately guide our clients through legal channels during divorce, child custody, child support, and/or modification proceedings.
